Follow these steps to complete your eKYC process using the Mera Ration App:

Step 1: Download the App
- Go to the Google Play Store
- Search for “Mera Ration“
- Tap on Install
Note: Currently, the app is available for Android users.
Step 2: Open the App & Select Language
- Launch the app after installation
- Choose your preferred language from the list
Step 3: Tap on the ‘eKYC’ Option
- From the homepage, select the ‘eKYC’ tab
- You will be prompted to enter your Ration Card number
Step 4: Enter Aadhaar Details
- Select the family member for whom you want to complete eKYC
- Enter their 12-digit Aadhaar number
- You will receive an OTP on the Aadhaar-linked mobile number
Step 5: Verify OTP
- Enter the OTP correctly to proceed
- The system will verify the Aadhaar details and match them with the ration card database
Step 6: Complete Biometric Verification (if needed)
- In some cases, you may be required to complete biometric verification at the nearest Fair Price Shop (FPS) using fingerprint authentication
Step 7: Confirmation
- Once verified, you’ll receive a confirmation message
- Your eKYC is now complete for that member
- Repeat the same process for all other family members
