Step 1: Download the App

Go to the Google Play Store
Search for “Mera Ration“
Tap on Install

Note: Currently, the app is available for Android users.

Step 2: Open the App & Select Language

Launch the app after installation
Choose your preferred language from the list

Step 3: Tap on the ‘eKYC’ Option

From the homepage, select the ‘eKYC’ tab
You will be prompted to enter your Ration Card number

Step 4: Enter Aadhaar Details

Select the family member for whom you want to complete eKYC
Enter their 12-digit Aadhaar number
You will receive an OTP on the Aadhaar-linked mobile number

Step 5: Verify OTP

Enter the OTP correctly to proceed
The system will verify the Aadhaar details and match them with the ration card database

Step 6: Complete Biometric Verification (if needed)

In some cases, you may be required to complete biometric verification at the nearest Fair Price Shop (FPS) using fingerprint authentication

Step 7: Confirmation

Once verified, you’ll receive a confirmation message
Your eKYC is now complete for that member
